It involves working with a partner or in groups to create flowing sequences of acrobatic poses and movements, combining strength, flexibility, balance, and trust. Acro Yoga fosters a sense of playfulness and community, encouraging practitioners to connect, communicate, and support one another in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're new to Acro Yoga or looking to refine your skills, our jam sessions are a perfect opportunity to practice, learn, and grow with others.

Perfect for all levels, these drop-in sessions are a great way to explore the dynamic and creative practice of acro yoga. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned flyer, come and jam with us in a supportive and playful environment!
